Dr. Minli Xiong TCMD

Expert of Tongue Diagnosis in TCM

Dr. Xiong received Master of Science degree from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2010. Since 2012, Dr. Xiong has traveled around China and extensively studied contemporary Chinese Pulse Diagonosis, such as Master Xu Yueyuan's pulse science, Master Jin Wei's pulse method, S-oscillation Chinese medicine pulse method, Changsangjun pulse method, Shen-Hammer pulse diagnosis, as well as Acupuncture techniques, such as Master Ge Qinyi's small Liuhe method, Dr. ZhiYun Bo's Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy, Dr. Pan Xiaochuan needle spirit, Dr. Yu Yun Pulse Acupuncture, Dr. Tan's Balance Method Acupuncture; Dr.Wangès five-color healing therapy, Pranic Healing energy therapy and other energy healing methods. Dr. Xiong believes the integrative knowledge of each modality, and dedicates to comprehensively apply and summarize the relationship between "tongue-pulse-disorder" in clinical practice.

Dr. Xiong was invited to have a presentation on TCM Tongue Diagnosis to Chinese medicine enthusiasts on Jin HuaTuo Wechat in 2015. Dr. Xiong authored "One Day to Study Tongue Diagnosis" in 2017.

Since 2018, Dr. Xiong has been actively involved in Tongue Diagnosis workshops for acupuncturists and TCM doctors in China and all over the world.

Teacher Xiong will come to Vancouver as a specially invited expert at the 3rd Traditional Medicine Conference and hold a 2-day training class. She will personally teach the methods related to tongue diagnosis so that students can master the core methodology of tongue diagnosis and Apply it in clinical practice to improve diagnostic standards and benefit the general public.
